We were young people wanting to see a better world for all. We dreamt and we did. And over time, we grew.

From only doing short term action we realised the value of long term sustainable impact. From only doing OD and trainings we realised the power of stories and meaning-making.

We start with listening to the longing of the system. When is it at its best? What does it dream of being? What are the confusions and complexities it deals with?

Make the Invisible, Visible

Reflect on components of the current culture that are functional and its blockages through our Culture Map. Bring forth the collective mental models, metaphors and ideologies that are at play.

Tap into Collective Wisdom

Bring forth diverse viewpoints. Surface the tensions. Engage with the power dynamics. Negotiate the shared space. Bring forth experiences and histories.

Design from the Centre

Identify what is at the centre of the system. What energises it? What gives it life? What keeps it going? From that centre, design for the emerging future.
